Soya wax is made from soybeans, a renewable resource, and is biodegradable, which means that it is better for the environment compared to paraffin wax candles.

Our candles burn cleanly and do not produce the black soot that is commonly associated with paraffin wax. This means that they are better for indoor air quality and are less likely to cause respiratory problems.

Longer lasting
Soya wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, which means that they burn slower and last longer.

Combined with our use of custom made fine fragrance oils enriched with essential oils; soya wax helps to achieve a superior scent throw, meaning that the fragrance is more noticeable and lasts longer.

Yes, our candles are produced and hand-poured in the UK.

Our wide natural fibre wicks produce a broad flame that generates a great scent throw with no wasteful tunnelling. Trim them occasionally, so that it is no less than 1cm. When burning their candle, we recommend letting the melt pool reach the edge of the glassware.

All of our labels and boxes are FSC certified. Our shipping packaging is made from 90-100% recycled materials. The candle bases are designed to be repurposed after use — they make great toothbrush holders, plant pots, pen holders…
